Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure they are packed securely to prevent breakage.
- Label, sort, and stage packages for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) strictly.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for this role.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
