Responsibilities
- Pick and pack items accurately from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Verify item quantities, quality, and packaging integrity before shipping.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and adheres to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets.
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided).
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and writing skills are required for scanning labels and tickets.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- No criminal background record (standard background check required).
