Job Overview
As a Picker Packer, you will be the backbone of our fulfillment operations. You will work closely with our inventory management team to ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products from the warehouse shelves according to customer orders and pick tickets.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packaging to ensure quality standards.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and barcodes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and health regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Handle heavy merchandise with proper lifting techniques to prevent injury.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read a pick list.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
