Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Inspect merchandise for quality and damage prior to packaging and shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, strictly adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Process returns, handle stock rotation, and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with team leads and warehouse staff to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment (tuggers, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly when required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a climate-controlled warehouse setting.
