Responsibilities
- Perform daily receiving, checking in, and stocking of merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to maintain high standards before dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as requested by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or RF guns.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, if necessary.
