Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and accurately.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to verify quantities, accuracy, and condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory and update stock levels.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn our inventory software.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required for all roles).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
