Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and products safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport inventory within the warehouse.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring all labels are correct.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; experience in logistics is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Boston facility.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
