Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Efficiently load, unload, and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping.
- Inventory Control: Assist in receiving and counting stock to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic checks on warehouse equipment and report issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Communication: Basic English skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed.
