Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using industrial equipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in regular stock counts.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and workplace protocols at all times.
- Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders swiftly to ensure on-time delivery.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of workstations and equipment.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide full training.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a positive attitude.
- Equipment Certification: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
