Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Package and label items for shipment using proper safety protocols.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory tracking.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
