Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pack, seal, label, and prepare products for shipment with high accuracy.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner to keep operations moving.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist in the receiving process of incoming goods and verify contents.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory scanning and order verification.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
