Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise accurately and efficiently according to customer orders.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage.
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Replenish stock levels and keep warehouse aisles clear.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical labor.
