- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely use forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments accurately.
- Picking & Packing: Fulfill customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Stock Organization: Maintain accurate inventory records and keep warehouse areas organized.
- Quality Control: Ensure all products meet company quality standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Full training provided for the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance is mandatory.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for counting and measuring.
