Responsibilities
- Retrieve, pick, and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to pick tickets.
- Verify accuracy of orders by checking item descriptions and quantities against system requirements.
- Label, package, and prepare shipments for distribution using appropriate packing materials.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or picking and packing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for verifying inventory counts and preparing labels.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Denver, IL location.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
