Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within warehouse
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory with precision using RF scanners
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Complete accurate inventory documentation and cycle count activities
- Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (must provide proof)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience in high-volume environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Basic math skills for inventory management and documentation
- Flexibility to work night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with overtime potential
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred
