Responsibilities
- Accurately pick items from the warehouse inventory based on customer orders.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order accuracy by scanning barcodes and cross-referencing packing lists.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment as required.
- Assist in inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (usually 4-6 hours).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
