Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to daily schedules and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) with proper safety protocols
- Verify product details and quantities to ensure order accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory systems and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled environment
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Valid California Driver's License (for equipment operation)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
