Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Verify item quantities against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Operate material handling equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts) safely.
- Inspect products for defects or damage before processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per day).
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for all roles.
- Reliable transportation to the Nashville Tn facility.
