Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from shelves using handheld scanners and carts with precision and speed.
- Ensure all packages are accurately labeled, sealed, and ready for shipping.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or errors and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Sort and organize inventory by size, type, or shipping destination.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new scanning software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Good physical stamina, dexterity, and hand-eye coordination.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; valid ID required.
