Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to company standards and customer orders.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and ensure accuracy.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packaging and ensure packaging integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity targets.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using appropriate equipment.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
