Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners
- Prepare shipments for delivery by securing and labeling packages
- Maintain organized inventory counts and warehouse cleanliness
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, conveyors) with provided training
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Follow safety protocols and quality control standards
- Assist with receiving and stocking inventory as needed
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to North Nashville facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
