Responsibilities
- Coordinate international/domestic shipments via ocean, air, and ground freight
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive updates to stakeholders
- Optimize routing to minimize costs and transit times
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and logistical challenges
- Maintain compliance with TSA, CBP, and carrier regulations
- Collaborate with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years in freight forwarding or logistics coordination
- Proficiency with TMS software (e.g., Descartes, WiseTech)
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Deep knowledge of Incoterms® and shipping regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
