Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and process inbound shipments according to company protocols
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for outbound delivery with precision
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse space following 5S principles
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Valid forklift certification a plus (training available)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
