Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.8% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts and zone cleanliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic RF scanner operation proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
