Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in -10°F cold storage environments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for inventory management
- Inspect and document product quality/temperature compliance
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA safety protocols rigorously
- Coordinate with warehouse team for efficient loading/unloading
- Sanitize equipment and facilities to HACCP standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments for extended periods
- Basic forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Experience in warehouse/cold storage preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license required
