Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature controls (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move perishable goods safely
- Conduct inventory audits using RF scanning technology
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols rigorously
- Load/unload trucks with perishable products efficiently
- Perform sanitation procedures in compliance with FDA standards
- Document temperature logs and warehouse activities accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid OSHA-compliant forklift certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly in cold environments
- Basic RF scanner and inventory management experience
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
