Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a refrigerated environment.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization.
- Load and unload trucks while adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the storage facility.
- Monitor temperature logs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Assist in breaking down pallets and preparing orders for shipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (32°F or lower).
- Valid forklift certification (preferred but not always required).
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
- Reliable transportation to the Madison, WI facility.
