Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders and prepare packages for shipment using barcode scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move materials around the warehouse.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe by following all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards before dispatch.
- Load and Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Background: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
