Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and stage materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks before operation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Verify inventory accuracy and ensure proper labeling and storage.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and inventory tracking.
