Responsibilities
- Safe Operation: Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in accordance with OSHA safety standards and company policies.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secure and organized.
- Inventory Management: Help maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as required.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Overtime Support: Be available for overtime shifts to meet production deadlines and business needs.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Must have strong attention to detail to ensure safety and accuracy.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
