Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move materials within the warehouse and loading docks.
- Load and unload freight trucks, ensuring proper securing and weight distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict adherence to OSHA regulations.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and log maintenance reports.
- Verify inventory accuracy by counting stock and updating warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator license (Reach Truck, Forklift, or High Lift) required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and paperwork.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
