Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (including sit-down and stand-up forklifts) safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets with precision and care to ensure cargo security.
- Perform daily inventory checks, stock replenishment, and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders and shipments.
- Perform routine pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit to perform heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and navigating warehouse aisles.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
