Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trailers and pallets safely and efficiently.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy of orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Valid License required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory data.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
