Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to transport goods throughout the facility
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Accurately manage inventory counts and documentation for seamless logistics operations
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company standards at all times
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and organizing storage areas efficiently
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory documentation systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
