Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections and maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure proper functionality.
- Organize and maintain inventory stock in designated storage areas to ensure easy access and efficient picking.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist with general warehouse duties including cleaning, organizing, and packaging as needed.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are happy to train motivated candidates who are willing to learn.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow safety labels and operational instructions.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
