Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated operators to handle the movement of materials within our high-volume warehouse. If you have a forklift certification and a commitment to safety, we want to hear from you immediately.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured properly to prevent damage.
- Inspect machinery for defects before and after use to ensure optimal functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and ensure stock levels are up to date.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely processing of orders.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (must possess valid certification).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
