Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials.
- Ensure all warehouse operations comply with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock movements.
- Inspect machinery for maintenance needs and report any safety hazards immediately.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safe working conditions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Certification (FHA/OSHA compliant).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and a history of punctuality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
