- Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) for precise material handling and inventory placement
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our WMS system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless warehouse operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments with attention to product integrity
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
