Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts (Class A, B, or C) to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
- Inspect forklifts for mechanical issues and perform daily pre-shift safety checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of recent experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if needed.
