Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move products.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
- Perform routine pre-shift and post-shift inspections of all equipment to ensure proper working order.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies strictly.
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and order picking as required.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- Valid and current forklift certification (OSHA compliant).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Proven reliability, punctuality, and work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when necessary.
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is highly preferred.
