Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of the forklift and work area to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Organize and stack inventory on pallets and shelves to maintain an orderly warehouse environment.
- Ensure accurate documentation of inventory movements and stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide paid on-the-job training.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse software.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
