Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Load, unload, and stack products accurately to ensure inventory integrity.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Follow standard operating procedures for order picking and shipping processes.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience operating forklifts (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, etc.).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
