Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and loading dock.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and safety checks on forklift equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Stack and organize inventory pallets according to company safety standards and storage diagrams.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and traffic control within the facility.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping and organizing the storage aisles.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required for entry-level candidates.
- Must be willing to obtain a forklift operator certification through our training program.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
