Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks (PIT) to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure safety and proper functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as required by management.
- Ensure strict compliance with all OSHA safety regulations and company warehouse policies.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to streamline operations and meet daily production targets.
- Stack and organize pallets safely to maximize warehouse space utilization and prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and operating heavy machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and a proven commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
