Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move products throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers in accordance with safety protocols and shipping schedules.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure it is in proper working condition and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety aisles and fire exits are clear.
- Prepare pallets and packages for shipment, ensuring accuracy with inventory labels and scanning systems.
- Follow all company safety regulations and OSHA guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- No experience required – We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification (training provided).
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime as needed.
