Responsibilities
- Safely Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods within the facility.
- Manage Inventory by scanning items, verifying quantities, and ensuring accurate stock placement in the warehouse.
- Maintain Safety Standards by conducting pre-shift equipment inspections and adhering to all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Ensure Product Integrity by handling merchandise with care to prevent damage during the loading and unloading process.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to streamline operations and meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Keep Work Area Organized by maintaining a clean, tidy, and hazard-free environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Certification (Class A, B, or C) is required for this position.
- Physical Stamina required to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Previous Experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Attention to Detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ability to Pass Background Checks and drug screenings as per company policy.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends or nights if required.
