Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Organize and stack pallets in designated storage areas while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management by verifying stock counts and ensuring accuracy in the warehouse system.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong understanding of basic warehouse safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
