Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory in the warehouse to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to all company safety standards.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse floor and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve workflow bottlenecks.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track product movement.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
