Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight by hand or forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory to ensure accuracy in our digital warehouse system.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers (training provided).
- Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits with high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong focus on safety and adherence to all OSHA regulations.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
