Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods safely throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections on machinery and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels within the designated storage areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
Qualifications
- No experience required: We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and paperwork.
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for long periods.
- Valid driver's license (not always required for internal warehouse roles).
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screen.
